"I booked a stay with breakfast included, but unfortunately, my husband and son got sick during our visit and couldn’t go down to eat. When I asked if I could take the food to our room, I was told it wasn’t allowed, so we couldn’t use the breakfast at all. Based on this experience, I would suggest to future guests not to include breakfast when booking. There are often better meal options outside the hotel, and if needed, you can always pay for breakfast later. This situation left me disappointed...

"I only with one night with his hotel. This hotel is in studio / condo style. There are a small kitchen and washer/dryer in the room. Thus, it is easy to do laundry or small cooking for family or travelers staying in longer term. The hotel is near Asakusa where Senso-ji is located. It is not suitable for people who seeks night life. It's quiet around the area at night."

"Asakusa ended up being a great spot to stay during our Tokyo trip. The hotel is steps away from a subway line which was so nice since we already did plenty of walking throughout our stay there. Free buffet breakfast was decent. Room was very small so would recommend using a smaller or top-open suitcase rather than a clamshell. The pillows were a bit odd and flat here so we asked for extras and they only allowed us one - that was the only weird thing! Check in and check out were swift and easy."

"This hotel is basic but quite good, especially considering the price. The location is excellent, with easy access to the Asakusa, Ginza and Oedo train lines. There are numerous food and supermarket options nearby too. The reception staff are excellent and check in was easy. The room is also well set up in terms of layout and the bed is a really good size. I would definitely stay here again however next time I will be sure to ask for a room that has windows with natural light. Our room...

"Stayed for 4 nts. Excellent price!!! had 2 oversized twin beds in room at the new building. The location is so convenient for shopping, dining, sightseeing and everything!!! Rooms are spacious & clean, staff are friendly. Free draft beer offered at lobby daily between 4pm-7pm. No laundry room onsite but there is one coin laundry only a min walk from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Sunroute Asakusa and definitely will go back!!! "
