"This hotel is located near multiple train stations and easy access to anywhere in Tokyo. The room was smaller than I wanted but it is the average size room for hotels in Tokyo. Staff are super nice and they provide free coffee and tea, and 1 bottle of water daily. I would recommend this hotel to others. "

"Close to Ueno station. Arrived early day 1 so went and left our bags and then explored Ueno Park and the beautiful cherry blossoms. Very close to lots of food options and shopping too. Room was decently sized for Tokyo. Separate toilet room and shower room. Plenty of space for two suitcases and even a desk with chair. We found this to be just what we needed. Note though that the lifts were super slow. "

"The breakfast tickets that allows you to get a Komeda's coffee breakfast is excellent. Very delicious. The onsite onsen is a godsend to sore muscles after much walking around. The room is quite small and awkward when two people share it with a big suitcases each. The double bed was comfortable but one side was against a wall and made it hard when two people share it. The person will have to climb over the other, possibly waking them in the night if the need to use the bathroom arises. Good luck...

"My second time to stay in APA hotel, the first one was in different location. I highly recommend the hotel, the only complain I have is the elevator, only one elevator in this location, and you really have to wait because the elevator will go up all the way before going down again, the only problem is that when its full, you have to wait again, Other than elevator, all is well and will stay again but will try different location. "

"We were a family of two adults and two kids who stayed at this hotel for three days. The hotel is new and beautiful, the employees are super kind and helpful and speak multiple languages, including Japanese, Spanish, and English, the rooms are spacious and the beds comfy. Coin laundry on site was super helpful. Note that Ueno is about a 30 minute Metro ride from some of the more popular areas like Shinjuku and Shibuya, but that also means less craziness!"
