"The only issue we had is that we requested at check in a wake up call for 3:30am for an international flight. Good thing we set phone alarms because the call never came. The shuttle bus also doesn’t come by until almost 5am when we started boarding at 5:20. We had to use another option"

"Overall cleanliness OK but I don’t think carpet would have been vacuumed as there was still a cover from umbrella on floor from previous guests. Electric jug inside cupboard was greasy and dirty"

"We were on the top floor and the roof leaked into the bathroom. Renovations were being done in the foyer. Staff helpful. Second time we have stayed last time had to leave room due to fire alarm activation and has to make own way out as no staff to assist or advise. Convenient location but needs to be managed and maintained better. Daily room service could be better. "
