“Just a one night stay driving through. Everyone was courteous and the room was clean and comfortable. My only negatives were the body wash dispenser was empty in the shower, and there wasn’t anyone at the omelette bar to make the omelette when we were at breakfast. ”

“There was a funky smell coming from the sink and the television had a very limited amount of channels, but the room was very nice, spacious, and comfortable. We really enjoyed staying so close to everything we had going on that weekend”

“This place would be a solid Airbnb, but it’s marketed as a bed and breakfast and the breakfast part is just alright. Food was stale, and not fresh. Not any variety either ”

“We had an amazing stay at Aspenwood Manor! We were in studio #5 and it was perfect for 2 people. Easy access getting in and out. Perfect location downtown Provo with so many restaurants in the area. The place was very clean, quiet and so easy to call and get ahold of somebody for any questions. Would 10/10 recommend!! We will be back to stay here! Thank you so much for the great hospitality!”

“The property was just a couple streets off the freeway exit, so really easy to access. but not so close that there was any road noise. Overall, decent place to stay. Nothing fancy, but lots of space, clean, no hassle.”
