"It was all about right for the price. The room was clean, even if the decorating was a bit tired. The mattress was VERY soft, and looked pretty new. Towels were thick and absorbent. The accomodation corridor had a ‘council-paying-for-overflow-long-term-housing’ vibe, and the rooms had tonnes of cabinet space with no apparent use, so I did wonder if this was a mixed-use venue. Lots of pub noise, but not enough to disturb sleep. "

"We stayed 3 nights and visited Port Arthur and Maria island while we were there. The room was small but very functional. Very clean and modern. The property is amazing with fruit trees and farm animals all about. Nice to walk around. We ate at the restaurant one night which was good with a spectacular view, and quite handy. The property is beautifully landscaped. "

"Friendly staff, handy location. Room was a little noisy at times, but not too bad. Basic amenities, but that is also fine. Great view due to being towards top of a hill. The hill also meant walking to cbd was ok, but got taxi back. Overall it was a nice stay and we'd stay again"

"We enjoyed our stay of one night here. A cabin located above the main road. It has a beautiful view looking across the water. Local wallabies come and visit. Very quiet and peaceful. Nice to have a kitchenette to cook in. It is missing a larger pot though. And the place could have used some dusting and additional vacuuming. And needs screens in the patio doors. Bed was very comfortable. Easy check-in. Overall 8.5/10"

"Peaceful setting with beautiful views. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were excellent. Very friendly and efficient. Overall good value for money. My only criticism would be the lack of blinds on the upper windows as the outside light came in this made it difficult to get to sleep. Also thicker, fluffier towels would be good."

"A very comfy stay and lovely staff member who checked us in. Very spacious and clean rooms. It was such a hot summer day, and daylight til 8.30pm so thought it a shame that the pool closed at 6pm. "

"We stayed in January with 5 people for 4 nights in two of the bay view lodges. They were located side by side, so spending time together was no problem. We were extremely lucky with the weather and never needed the heating. However even if it would have been colder that wouldn’t have been a problem as there is heating all ariund the lodges.
