"Check in was fast and easy. Room was cold and clean. Really comfortable beds. Great experience. The rooftop bar experience was less than desirable. Limited drink menu and staff seemed to rush the experience because it closes at 12. We arrived around 10:45 but the whole experience seemed rushed like they wanted to leave. I saw several people leave and go to the Buffalo Wild Wings down the street. "

"The only thing I didn’t like was the over night attendant at the desk was very rude to my wife because she asked her to program key for room again because neither of the keys were opening the door to our room. This was around 1:30 am after midnight yell we were too tired and exhausted to even complain we just wanted to go to bed after a 6 hour drive to College Station."

I wasn't able to get a hold of someone on the phone until after 7am and I had an exam to head out to and didn't have the option to come back for check in person before the check out time at 12pm. This experience had me running late. Please ensure staff is available for what is posted for the hours of operation. "

"There was an athletic event so the room was priced far higher than it should have been for this hotel. It appeared to be well kept, but don't use professional "handypersons". We arrived at about 2:45 pm and the room wasn't ready, but I had to ask for another room that might be ready. It wasn't automatically offered. The exercise facility was closed and the pool was closed, so nothing to keep kids occupied. A little disappointed"
