"You will have a hard time communicating with the owner in English. English is my second language; my native language is completely unrelated to English. However, when you advertise your business online, you have a duty to your customers to communicate in a standard or universal language. Hotels.com is an international platform with international customers. We arrived in Banska Stiavnica at around 5 pm. I parked curbside while my wife and kids tried to check in first but there was no one...

"Our favorite stay on our 11 day Budapest, Slovakia and krakow vacation! Property helped us to find milk for our babies when all stores were closed. The room had gorgeous views as did the property. There was cute little playground and space to kick a soccer ball for our boys. We wished we could stay longer!! "

"Brand new appartment, large and comfortable, nicely furnished. Very clean. Comfortable bed with high quality bedding. Kitchen equiped with good amount of dishes, dinnerware and glassware sets. Large bathroom with corner shower, had also washing mashine which was very handy. Had balcony with a nice view of the creek. Location is great, walking distance to grocery stores, spas, Aquapark, restaurants. Enjoyed our stay very much. While breakfast was included with the stay, I do not recommend it....

"My 18-year old niece and I loved our stay in the Royal Apartment when visiting the charming town of Banská Štiavnica. The apartment is enormous, beautiful and comfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. It was obvious that they wanted to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including a wonderful breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Slovakia."

"For our needs it was a very good hotel. Clean, reasonable breakfast, nice swimming pool. The hotel is geared to families with small children, which we are not, but it was nice to see all those lovely kids. Not enough English speaking channels on TV."
