"Only issue with the room initially was the smell of the room but was fixed after we had housekeeping clean the room area is great and service was great by staff."

"Good hotel typical from the APA resorts, there is an onsen which makes it very relaxing after a day walking. There is also a breakfast option. The hotel is 5 min walk from Otsuka station. Please note that this is pretty much a residential neighbourhood, so there is little to see around. You will have to take te the Yamanote Line to get you to the main areas. However there a some good restaurants around."

"We chose this property due to location near a major station, Shinjuku station, which makes it easy to explore Tokyo. It’s a few blocks walk from the station though, which may be inconvenient for some people. The positive of that walk is that it’s on a Main Street that’s fairly quiet and faces on to a park. The bakery downstairs serves very reasonable priced food with lots of good options for breakfast. The other restaurants seemed very popular but we did not try them. The rooms are...

"This is a very well run establishment! The staff is friendly and helpful and also speak good English! The hotel is very clean and in a good neighborhood, close to many stations. Loved my experience and was sad to leave."

"Great area, kind of in the middle of everything, also great night street view of the Tokyo tower. Lost of things to do around and places to eat. Hotel was clean, constant amenities provided."
