"The rooms are nice, and the breakfast is lovely. The staff were very polite and professional. My husband and I were 10 minutes late checking out because I was having a critical blood sugar low (type one diabetic), however the staff were every good about it. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!"

"The availability of amenities, including three types of pillows, was wonderful. If a gift for non-cleaning request were flexible somehow, it would be nice. A cup noodle is not necessarily wanted."

"Good location and price but it is really 3 star service and amenities. No communal bath, no info in Japanese or English about the huge festival, big but basic breakfast. Recheckin required for extension."

"Pros: free breakfast, a big room, nice staff, LOCATION! Cons: all smoking hotel, beds were uncomfortable, the nightlife nearby was loud, the hotel is run down Although this was an all smoking hotel, the staff did find us a room that didn’t smell! The room was huge and the bathroom was clean. The carpets looked awful though and the wall paper was peeling off. There was also some kind of club right outside our window that was LOUD until around 2:00 am. It was a close walk to everything we wanted to do, which was nice."
