"We needed a hotel for UC Bearcat family weekend since all of the hotels near UC were jacked up 5-6x in price. Blue Ash was a great location with reasonable priced hotels. Courtyard was new renovated so felt clean and fresh. The staff was wonderful. I will choose again when in the Cincinnati area. "

"It was spotless and comfortable. The only issue was the coffee maker didn't have the pieces needed to make coffee. Tried to call the front desk and the phone rang for a couple of minutes and then stopped. I called back and it rang again for a minute or so and was answered and I was transferred to the housekeeper who also never responded to their phone. 8 a.m. and no coffee was served with no service or response.
