"Great hotel. Seems understaffed. They did not clean the room properly or replace towels despite being asked to. Restaurant was closed and there were just one or two places around open with not good food"

"Arosa is a quaint town and beautiful. Nestled in the mountains. The views are stunning and the weather and temperature very comfortable however higher elevation = greater UV and greater chances of sunburn. The Aves Arosa home base is ver clean and walkable from the train station and bus station. Note that the bus is actually a van and therefore limited in passenger and luggage capacity. "The hotel is a short ride from the train station. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Very nice restaurant just downstairs from the room. Breakfast included a wide selection of pastries, fruits, cereals, juices and other beverages. We were surprised that the "balcony" faced another building across a narrow alley. Bed was firm (which we like) but the pillows, although large, were way to soft. Despite these items, we would definitely stay here again. "

"This hotel is fine. Next to the slopes . A few steps to get up to the lift . Livigno is good, plenty of scope for skiing . We did half board , but wouldn’t next time . The resort is much cheaper than France. So eating out was cheap . The food in the hotel was fine … but not really to our taste . We parked underground at the hotel . Room was basic , …but fine . We had a good break "

"One night stay on a motorcycle trip. The bed was huge and so comfortable after a like ride. The food was delicious and the wine list extensive. It was great to chill in the lounge with a drink after a tiring day and the staff were very attentive. Looking to stay here in the Winter for a ski trip now."
