"Good place to crash for the night befire a flight. There really is no staff at this property, sort of an aparthotel kind of deal, you can check in and out automatically, and get a door code to open your door. So inwas not sure hownto rate the staff. There was a helpful guy at the front desk, which doesnt appear to be staffed 24hrs."

"Check in was easy. However, the elevator was not working and my room was on the 3rd floor. They were working on the elevator to get it operational again."

"The hotel was very reasonable and only 10 minutes from the airport. While they did not offer any dining options, it was ust a 5 minute walk to an excellent cafe which is an old converted.church. we booked a suite to have a bit more room. Like other people have noted, the beds were hard though. The staff was very accommodating. We think it's a good option if you are just on a layover and want to stay close to the airport."

"Quick, two-day stay in Incheon visiting friends. Had previously stayed in Songdo to be closer to the airport shuttle, but my first stay at the Harbor Park proved to be a great new alternative. Close to Chinatown and the Incheon nightlife, the Harbor Park is now my top choice in Incheon. Quick, easy check-in, clean, modern, comfortable room, great location, and friendly staff were all top notch. The Harbor Park will now be my top choice for my 6x/year visits to Incheon~ "

"This property is beautiful and clean, the staff was amazing and very helpful. Plenty to do in the area also with a 24 hour dining option and easy to catch a taxi or uber and the airport shuttle is very very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and the price was amazing. Definitely will revisit. "

"The hotel was fine (on the whole), however, there were a few issues: The description advertised a 'restaurant', but when we asked about this on arrival we were told that it was "non-functioning" and there would be no-where for breakfast in the morning. We booked a room for 5, however, the room was only set up for 4 people. When queried, the staff (1 person) did hand us bedding for the sofa.
