"The rooms are tiny, which is typical for Japan. They do not do daily room service but will provide new towels and robes and coffee/tea every day. The use of single use plastics is absurd. The staff is friendly. Skip the breakfast and find something better nearby. "

"We chose the hotel for its proximity to the airport, for which it was perfect. We had a lot of luggage so it was easy to transfer from the train, through the arrivals terminal to the hotel. And vice versa. We arrived very late and left early so didn’t avail ourselves of any facilities. However they did store our luggage for the day, the room was large, clean and comfortable.
