「Upon arrival after midnight, we were greeted by name with a warm smile. Everyone was very friendly, they definitely bring that southern hospitality to life! The room and beds were smaller than expected, but it met our needs for two nights (anything longer I'm not sure). Breakfast was okay, with cold and hot items to choose from. Location was in walking distance to everything we wanted to see, and there's also a free trolley nearby. The hotel bartender was fun, but keep in mind there's no food...

「The hotel itself was quiet and clean. The rooms were very nice and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The location was good although not right by all the attractions we were within a 15 min walk to the more touristy areas. The only two downsides to this hotel for us were they never swept our room or put coffee pods in there so I had to go downstairs and get more. Also there are really no amenities such as hot tub, pool, free breakfast. Parking onsite is very expensive but there is a city...

「I loved the historic aspect of this hotel. Oldest in Savannah - all refurbished and beautifully appointed. Very nice happy hour with free wine and music, trivia, history lecture etc. Excellent breakfast. Rooms were on the small side but not too small. Great location - 10 min. walk to River Street and other tourist spots.」

「Very nice Courtyard by Marriott. The location is right on the edge of the historic district. Everything is walkable. Great fitness center with a Peloton bike. My only complaint is that there was no serve yourself coffee in the lobby or bistro. You had to wait in line and the line was long. A tall coffee was 6.50, grande 7.50 and Venti 8.50. It was Starbucks but still…they need another coffee option for those who just want to grab and go. 」

「Appreciated the level and dedication to cleaning and removing odors done by cleaning staff. It was noticeable. The front desk staff was very friendly. Also appreciated the hours for the pool. The rooms were very comfortable and had improvements like blackout shades or bright light shades.」

「This is a very lovely hotel! Old, but well kept and I loved the charm of the old building. There are two parking garages very nearby which makes parking easy if you don’t want to use valet. It’s very central and it was so easy to walk to everything we wanted to do/see in Savannah. Our room was clean and nice. Because of the location (and I’m sure most hotels in this area have the same issue) it can be noisy from traffic and construction around the area. This would not stop me from staying here...

「Condo was updated and beautiful. Very clean. Property was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again.」

「Location was perfect for us and access to everything in historic downtown was great. I would have liked a better supply or towels and wash clothes. The TV was rather wonky as well with onscreen programming and the remote needed to be replaced. Staff was quite friendly.」

「The front desk was very thoughtful and helpful when we had a terrible time trying to get an uber from the hotel to Savannah. The hotel has a shuttle into the dining and shopping area but stops at 7 pm which is pretty inconvenient. 」

「We took a spring break vacation and the hotel was very nice. We had an issue with the TV in our room and were given a new room within minutes. The host were so helpful and super nice.」
