“The cleaness of hotel is extremely poor. We just stay one night but we found at least four cockroach in the room! They appeared on the bed,wall and above the refrigerator! It is a terrible experience. I do not recommend this for anyone. The bathroom is also very small and the another worse thing is there is no hot waterfor bathing! I believe hot water and cleaness is basic requirement for hotel. The Cliff House really disappoint me.”

“Overall is good. The location is good for a walk from the kangaroo point to the southbank park and Brisbane town hall. There are restaurants in convenient store nearby. The only thing is the door lock of our room is not working properly. Still I will consider this hotel for my next stay.”

“The room was good value for money and I have just a few comments overall. - The entry system (app that you have to download to acess the property) was really bad on my android (Samsung S22). It would take around 6 min to be able to open the door to the building, then another 6 mins to activate the elevator and another 6 mins to open your room door. I expected a much easier way to move around the property, but my gf's iphone worked much better, so don't know if it's a app issue or phone issue. -……
