"TV in room very difficult to operate. Had to have staff come 3 times to assist. We thought it may be us, however, staff indicated they have to make several trips a day to various guest rooms to get TVs working properly. "

"Great stay overall but two complaints: - we arrived rather late after a long trip, and right after check-in the person in charge of room cards/wristbands took a significant amount of time presenting the resort, the local atrractions and discounts and trying to sign us up for events. We repeated we were tired and hungry but they kept insisting. - the front desk seemed to always be busy with long wait times"

"Front desk staff were super helpful when we couldn't work out the airconditioner. Loved that there were homemade cookies on arrival. (Wine also in the evening if you wanted.) Walkable, as right downtown, but still in a quiet area. So clean and comfy. Loved there was a unexpected outdoor patio. Went to breakfast at the onsite restaurant which was very yummy. Local told us about Gold Dust Pizza off the main strip and still walkable. Fabulous outdoor area and great pizza with no wait! Great stay!...

"The hotel is lovely. Dinner was great, sat on the balcony after dinner watching the stars. Breakfast was ample and tasty. The ambiance is lovely and I definitely plan to go back in spring. Save your online maps as cell reception is limited but the hotel WiFi is great. "

"Had a wonderful stay. We did not use enough of the court woods' amenities, but lovely view and lovely owners. Wish we had more time to play tennis while there, I cant imagine a more scenic spot."
