"The hotel staff are very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is quite close to train station, the area is dirty and there are some homeless people around. We were not bothered from anyone during our stay. Just like any city you need to be smart and observant of your surroundings. The hotel has a great rooftop terrace that over looks the city. Incredible panoramic view. Overall this was a great hotel with very easy access to train station. "

Par contre, sachez que l'hébergement se situe au centre-ville de Nantes tout près de la voie ferroviaire, mais le quartier en soit est incroyablement sale de la nuit tombée. La vue verte la montagne a été plus que jolie mais par contre le trafic et les klaxons se font entendre bien souvent Nous sommes littéralement à quelques minutes voir moins de 4 minutes de la voie ferroviaire et de la gare. "Great location; next to Garibaldi train station and central in the city. Good size room and nice bathroom. Didn’t use the bar or breakfast so can’t comment. Staff no different to others in Italy, indifferent."

"A very good hotel in the heart of Naples. Great staff, spacious and comfortable room, we even had a nice view of the city from our window. The hotel has a great private courtyard for relaxing and eating breakfast. Very nice! And the included breakfast was fabulous! It is close to walking to many sites in Naples. I highly recommend it if you want to explore the sites in Naples including museums, restaurants, and various interesting neighborhoods! "

"Hotel is nice. Room is clean. Air-conditioning works just fine. Stuff is extremely helpful. Breakfast well thought. All I needed for my stay I got. I want to help others to easy find this hotel. Make sure that big sign " Holiday hotel" is exactly across of big sign " grand hotel". Buzz to get in. Laundromat is next door "
