"Very warm reception. No hassle or snag with ANYTHING. I'm not difficult to please, and I do not expect much. My room was clean, quiet, and functional. The breakfast was delicious. Even the other guests were pleasant. See, that's the thing, good service is infectious. People having a comfortable experience treat others as such. I have 2 more trips to Fayetteville before the summer. I know where I'll be staying. "

"The house has very nice accomodations. The place was clean and as described. The only complaine i have are the matresses in the bedrooms on the second floor were not comfortable. Other than that a very nice house."

"My wife and I stayed in Fayetteville for a family event. Fayetteville looks like a poor town with nothing to do unless you drive for a couple of hours in any direction. The house itself was nice however it needs some upkeep. The master bath toilet seat could be replaced. The beds could use new mattresses. We had a rough time trying to sleep. The neighborhood seems quiet and safe. The a/c made a lot of noise every time it came on and it's right by the master bedroom window. The kitchen had most...
