Penang Island 3 Stars Hotels

"Arrived early to check in 2pm. I was told the room not ready yet , and will be called when ready. However, it was 4pm when I was able to enter the room, I waisted more than an hour ."

"It's one of the newest hotels in Georgetown so we decided to give this a try. Pros: Attentive service staff Cons: It's quite an open concept with a small lobby Toilet in the West Wing was choked (probably due to public access) There were no clear instructions on pool access and we had to come down to the lobby to access to the West Wing No evening turn-down service"

"Amazing beds and pillows, great rest and sleep. Location requires vehicle but 5 to 10 mins away from the malls.Walking to the malls is winding easier to grab a car. Reeption and lobby looks normal but the rooms are amazing huge and clean."

"The property had a colonial feel to it. Located a street away from the main road, which was an advantage as quiet. The room (Loft) we booked was comfortable and spacious. The staff at Breakfast were kind and polite. The location was central and walking distance to the main attractions. Also easy to get a taxi (grab). "

"Really comfortable hotel. It’s big on eco friendly. We had a view of the sea which was really nice. The location is also great. It’s close to the market, restaurants and old part of Georgetown (and pubs if you are keen to venture out at night) so everything is close by. The Trishaw station is right next to hotel so it was easy if you are not up for walking or Grab. Would definitely stay there again"

"Nice place and super convenient to immigration point, walking street, and beaches. Two minor inconveniences were plumbing slow to drain and all electrical cuts off when room key out of slot. Unable to keep equipment charges when away. "

"We thought club staff superb,helpful,engaging and friendly. 23rd night room service was very late arriving and partially cold. I day our room was not made up also and we had been out for at least 4 to 5 hours. Likely teething troubles of a new hotel... Sea View rooms view is fantastic."
