Paroisse Sainte-Claire 3 Stars Hotels

"We were booked for Aug.29. On aug. 27 I received a message from Chateau de Seurre that there was an error in the payment method and to contact them to avoid cancellation. I called but got their answering machine. I messaged them that I would pay cash if credit card was a problem for them. I got no response. I went to the Chateau on the 28th, the day before my reservation to make sure there was no problem. The gate was locked and had a message saying that they were fully booked. I called again...

"Calm, relaxing, excellent food, perfect service, conveniently located, nice rooms Would like to have a little more temperature in the shower ( may be only 3-4 degrees)"

"Never again will I use this hotel or Hotels.com. I had booked and paid for 3 rooms for my party of 4 persons. I was given two rooms and charged for 5 breakfasts. When I complained to the receptionist/owner I was met with the 'I don not understand' attitude. Hotels.com have been less than useful. Avoid,avoid, avoid. You have been warned"

"Beautiful hotel within a lovely location. We had good bedroom and the food was some of the best we have had in France, do not miss out if you are staying in the area or traveling through and need and great hotel, relaxing atmosphere, helpful owners and really good food."
