"Hotel staffs are too cool to provide services as compared to the price. I feel that money were only spent on paying the seaview. There are so many choices on this price"

"The staff were welcoming and the property was very clean and modern. The onsen was clean and very refreshing. The morning breakfast was quite substantial and had several options. Although the on-site restaurant was closed for lunch and had very few options for dinner, what they had was very fresh and reasonably priced. "

"The two food choices, American or Japanese breakfasts, were just ok compared to other hotels we stayed in at Sapporo and Osaka. The young lady who cleaned our room was efficient and did an excellent job! We loved the convenience to the JR Station! It is easily walkable in 5 minutes or less!"
