It is situated within a five minute walking distance of the Shinjuku station, though one needs to take the right gate out to be closest to it, (that would be the South gate of the original station). The room is of reasonable size by Japanese standards, and the nightly fare is within the range that one would expect for a prime area like this. "We have stayed at the remm before, mostly for the convenience, close to Tokyo Station, Ginza and Metro station just outside the building. "

"Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean facilities! Just beware, the room is super super small as many are in Tokyo. It is not where all the action/congestion is and is in a business district with plenty of places to eat, train station is close and you can be in shinjulku or shibuya in 10 minutes. Overall a nice place to stay!"
