"Good "

"Rooms were clean, staff was helpful, location is good. Over all experience was good. Only suggestion is it would be helpful if travellers are provided with shuttle service from bus stop to hotel. Though the distance is less, with thick snow, carrying heavy luggage is extremely difficult. Also request to add some vegetarian food options."

"Stayed here for 4 nights and it was the perfect spot for skiing. Just opposite the beginner slope chair lift and only a short walk from the ski school. The staff were excellent and very welcoming, especially the man at reception. We really appreciated the buffet dinner after long days of skiing. Would definitely recommend booking a stay here. Rooms are very cosy and beds are comfy."

"First off, being right across the street from the station is a big plus in the dead of winter. This is a relatively small hotel with smallish rooms, but very capable overall. Nice little touches like nice pajamas and slippers, an onsen that is free to use, two massage chairs, free ice cream treats all day, and free late night soba. Service is also very good. Highly recommended."

"Nice hotel with a frequent bus shuttle to the station and temple"

"Very close to the side lift which made it very convenient. Still close enough to the main lift for purchasing ski passes and where the rentals are. Facilities are old but not bad. Onsen was clean but the outdoor area is a bit small (if there are more than 3 people). Parking is tight but available if you can get your car up the small hill and the counter can help you reserve a taxi which is super helpful. The receptionists all had good English too. "

"Waited till my trip of Japan was over to write a review. This was by far the worst hotel we stayed in our whole 3 week stay in Japan. Not only was the hotel filthy, I was charged an extra 23,000 yen for my wife to stay in the room with me!!! This is after already being charged 24000 yen for a room barely worth 10,000. I then reached out to the hotel to ask if they could refund the last half as this was an unfair way to do business. They still have not responded. Honestly the worst experience in...
