“The water in the shower was not hot enough I took my shower and when my husband took his shower the water was cool and it kept getting cold so he had to take cold shower and the sink was a little clogged besides that everything else was good ”

“Nice property, very clean & comfortable rooms. The check-in process was slow (10 people in line with only 2 counter persons working) & we got awakened after midnight by a roving band of young folks making noise. Also, 1 elevator was out of service & another was balky, so waits for the lift were long. Parking is convenient, the site is very close to downtown restaurants & the performing arts center. Overall a good stay that could have been better had the other guests been a little more……

“Everything was find, with the exception of my room accommodations. I have challenges walking and I had requested a room near the elevator.at the time I registered I did not get a room near the elevator. I had to walk the length of two hallways to get to my room. I was told they were fully booked. I didn't have a choice it was too late to make other arrangements.”

“This is definitely a family-friendly hotel. It was excellent for our family of 5. The kids loved the heated pool and the free breakfast was delicious. The area has so many good stores and things to do. Highly recommend.”

“Our stay was great! I was on a trip with friends and there was 3 adequate rooms for all of us. The weather when we arrived was a bad winter storm coming and was going to be really cold. Thankfully the heat in the house worked great and we never knew the difference. To save some money on our trip we cooked meals at the house instead of eating out and found there to be all the appropriate items to do so. All in all we higher recommend staying!”
