"Novotel is definitely a great resort for families. It has a ton of amentities including a weekly activity schedule that has something for everyone. Free bicycles, tennis, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. Always something to do if you'd prefer to stay on resort grounds. The staff are very friendly and are quick to help. I think overall the hotel itself too many rooms for the facilities provided, you have to queue for breakfast and wait for available tables, there are not enough sun beds etc. Everything in the hotel was quite expensive comparable to outside the hotel would recommend eating elsewhere. "The hotel was amazing, staff were helpful and extremely nice. Our room was always clean, stuffed with new bottles of water and fresh towels. They even had a beach bag and slippers, a mosquito spray and an umbrella. The room itself was so authentic, a real bungalow. It was worth it to pay extra for breakfast; it was so variable and delicious. We would definitely recommend this place to visit. We are even thinking of coming back for a longer time. "

"Massive property.. Not sure i was expecting such a large property. With a large guest count as well. The beachfront is a large social gathering. The food and drink prices are inflated. But fair in my opinion. Its a large 5 star property. Nothing to be shocked about. Definitely a great place to visit for a couple of nights "
