He knew the area well, made excellent recommendations and, clearly, loves his work at SpringHill. The room was nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. Everything was reasonably walkable in the area but the skywalk that connects the various Marriott branded hotels to the convention center meant not having to walk outside in the rain or cold. This is a wonderful hotel. "
