"Conveniently located between the two terminals at Santiago Airport. Great appearance when entering. Our room had an extremely comfortable bed (which is the most important thing!) The shower and toilet stall glass doors did not close properly and there was no hot water. These things made the hotel much less attractive, since they indicated lack of attention to details. "Modern hotel with great amenities. Dining at the hotel is convenient and food is of good quality. There needs to be a little more attention to cleanliness (there were ants on the floor of the dining area). Overall, a great place to stay if you are in need of transiting through Santiago on the way to other adventures in Chile!"
