“When we enter the room,its smell bad and toilet is not clean. You clearly can see it clearly it is not clean properly.”

“First time stay. A little far out but pleasant location. Odd smell permeated the whole apartment. Lots of stray hairs on the floor. Microwave not working. Remote controls all have dead batteries. Sofa was dirty. TV connection extremely bad - "blizzard screen". Beds were comfortable and view out into the sea was fabulous. ”

“The room was small, but as i was by myself, it was really all that i needed. Perfect size for me who just needed a place to shower and lay my head at nite.”

“Borneo Tropical Rainforest Resort provided one of the highlights of my Sarawak stay. Breakfast and dinner were both included in my price, and both were incredibly tasty. The resort offers and train/boat ride through the property, which is beautiful and loads of fun. The waterpark has a couple of fun slides. The waterfall hike is a must and I also enjoyed the first and second nature walks. It offers round trip transportation to Lumbur Hills National Park for 10 ringgit each way if you don’t……

“This much is as expected of a budget inn, they didn't allow early check-in, at all. If you want to check in early, you have to pay extra. There was a distinct smell as soon as you enter the room and the beddings have stains on them. You can stay here if you just want a room to coup for the night, but if you expect a clean room and great service, I recommend you to look elsewhere.”

“I dont receive my booking for room is successfully and not receive email for me know my booking success because when i do online payment using my debit card online payment web hotel.com was error then i make 2nd time book still same. Then i take another hotel (walkinn). But on the morning i check my account my money has been deduct for paynent nova hotel for 2 time. How that be happen?! I really upsad for this”
