"The receptionist was very helpful and friendly The room was really nice. The only drawback is we only had one towel for two people. But as soon as we told the receptionist she brought 1 some more up. There wasn’t any milk in the tea and coffee tray. and the window didn’t close properly so it let in the cold. and the curtains were quite light so they let in the light at night and morning "

"Really lovely hotel for the price. We paid to have the hot breakfast one day unfortunately it wasnt great however the continental selection was brilliant when included in the price. Really lovely location to use as a base for exploring Cheltenham and the Cotswolds"

"A great place to stay for anywhere near to the m40 around junction 15. Stratford Upon Avon is only a 15 minute drive away and Bicester Shopping Village is around 40 mins drive away. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. We had a minor problem trying to pay for the car parking, as it was a self service machine, which didn’t quite work like, how it was explained to us. but the Reception staff were keen to help us and got it sorted out. "Good price, ok accommodation but very dated like an 80s old people s home. My room (004) ground floor by entrance had no lace curtain for privacy.Asked reception about this, just told “ it got ripped”!4 day stay not a single room clean or towel change or tea/coffee top up during whole stay. Poor."
