"Hotel is conveniently located 3 mins walk near Iwaki station. Public bath is clean and amenities are great. Female bath only opens 3 days a week fri to Sunday which is a pity. Men’s bath is open everyday evening. "

"An affordable stay for the purpose of my short trip to TeamLab Hidden Traces of Rice Terraces. Conveniently located near the train station. Received a warm welcome when I arrived. "Reached at 21:30 to check-in. Parking lot was full already. Went on a parking lot in front of the hotel for 800¥. Only smoking room available (smell not so good, had to renew the air)."

"The hotel is very nice until you get to the rooms. Rooms were smaller then the other hotels we stayed at. We were asked if we smoked and said no. They put us in a nonsmoking room. Clearly it was a previous smoking room. Very smoky and yellowed. Extremely musty!"

"北茨城に来る時は、いつも利用しています。駅前ですし、朝食が和食でとても美味しいからです。フロントの女性の方も、感じが良いですね～ スーパーも散歩しながら歩いて行けます。早めに行かないと、お弁当や惣菜は売り切れになりますので、気をつけてください。 ユニットバスは、超狭い！ 太い私は、お風呂入るには注意が必要です。"

"I was impressed by the beautiful view and I do appreciate the kindness of the staffs. However, I felt disappointed when I noticed that I paid ¥3,454 higher than what I reserved on Expedia. I thought I would get reasonable price making a reservation through Expedia, but I didn't.They charged me ¥19,400 but according to my reservation it’s supposed to be ¥15,946. "

"スタッフの対応は丁寧でしたが、客室の壁紙や少し臭いが気になり、経年劣化は仕方ないですが気にはなりました。仕方ない部分ではありますが減点として、仕方ない部分以外は良いホテルだと思います。"

"朝食バイキングに少し遅れて入れなくても、パックに入れて部屋まで持ち帰り出来たので、助かりました。 子供用アメニティが充実していたり、客が待つであろう場所にさりげなく漫画が置いてあったりと、一つ一つはささやかですが、細かいとこまでサービスが行き届いていて、昭和の古き良き時代を味わえました。 営利主義が闊歩し、サービスが形骸化し、マニュアル君が跋扈する今の時代には貴重なところだと思います。 "
