「The hotel was oberbooked and didn’t informed us. Once we show up they try to allocate us in another horrible facilities. We try to get the refund but they didn’t allow it.」

「OK for an overnight before a morning flight. Dinner was a cheap and nasty takeaway from somewhere local which was massively overpriced - avoid! 」

「I had read some not so great reviews before leaving however I found Amora Lagoon a lovely hotel. It is a hotel in another country so things aren’t always going to be exactly what you expect from a local hotel however I found it quite pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful, the pool was clean and beautiful, the room clean and comfortable with air conditioning and only a few minutes drive to the airport. The shower pressure in two of the three rooms we stayed in was not fantastic but again...

「Jennis and his wife are extremely helpful. The hotel is clean and well kept. Not only were they able to assist in my commute to the airport and back, they were able to help me to items I needed, plan other upcoming trips and even store my luggage until my final stay before returning home. Jennis even kindly gave me a ride to the bus stop and would not even take any money!! Top notch establishment!」

「房間熱水很小近乎沒有冷氣蠻冷的但被子很薄付費的早餐還好但收5美金有點貴當機場附近飯店住住還可以接受」

「We booked the hotel through Wotif and went to the reception, but they kept asking whether we had made the payment. We sent the receipt along with the confirmation. However, we were given a room that was not clean—the TV didn’t work, and there was hair everywhere. About 30 minutes later, they came to our room again and asked us to send the receipt once more. We felt embarrassed, as if we hadn’t paid and were trying to stay for free. Not recommended at all. Please stay away.」

「I enjoyed the 2 nights stay. The facility has air-con, wifi, frege, lanudry machine, private pool. The large dining and a bedroom was VERY good and too large to stay alone. The best cost performance!」
