"Lori, at the frontbdesk this morning was AMAZING! She went abovev& beyond to help my wife extend our stay and was super friendly! She was attentive & helpful to several other staff members as she helped us, as well. We really enjoyed our stay! Breakfast was average. Room was large, comfortable and very clean. Great bed! Great desk/work area! Fairly roomy bathroom and again, very clean! The entire property, hallways included was clean and the only oder was fresh! Outside was wellnkept, too! "

"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. You have to pay to park even if youre staying at the hotel which i found odd, but it was $15 a day. Many food and activity options available in the hotel. They werent great at advertising though because i didnt even know there was a ropes course until we got home and i had to call them. "The property was contactless, there was no concierge or visible staff. It was a strange experience, like kiosks at McDonalds except with customer service done by text message. The trip was fine, but a little unsettling if I needed something. The hotel felt lifeless. Also the Continental breakfast was just a cabinet full of snacks and no coffee or drinks. I skipped it. "

"We enjoyed a long weekend getaway as a couple and brought our Lab pup Leah, along for the fun. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, the staff treated us wonderfully, without any judgment about having a dog. The walking trail was conveniently located right behind the hotel, so we bumped into many staff members while coming and going. My pup Leah absolutely adored all the attention she received. "Beautiful hotel with a nice restaurant and a pool that stayed open all night long. The suite was very nice but the bed was a little uncomfortable and sounded like the frame was going to break whenever you rolled around. I would give this place another chance and absolutely enjoyed everything else about it. The shuttle to downtown TC was great, driver was nice and very friendly also. "
