“The cleaness of hotel is extremely poor. We just stay one night but we found at least four cockroach in the room! They appeared on the bed,wall and above the refrigerator! It is a terrible experience. I do not recommend this for anyone. The bathroom is also very small and the another worse thing is there is no hot waterfor bathing! I believe hot water and cleaness is basic requirement for hotel. The Cliff House really disappoint me.”

“Overall is good. The location is good for a walk from the kangaroo point to the southbank park and Brisbane town hall. There are restaurants in convenient store nearby. The only thing is the door lock of our room is not working properly. Still I will consider this hotel for my next stay.”

“We only had a standard room, so smaller than the apts. in pictures but also had good shower on suite, plenty of facilities, iron, cutlery, fridge, etc. Great location to get in and out of city quickly or to use taxis and public transport so you do not lose secure parking place on site, especially at weekends. The decor is dated but clean, good air con. and comfy bed. Price is fair, no complaints. Staff very helpful and friendly.”
