"Good value for the money. In a relatively quiet part of town. There was only one night staff when we checked in but she was extremely helpful and cheerful. Recommended if you are passing through (eg taking ferry to Kyushu)"

"Room had a fabulous view out to sea. Booked the hotel for the kids to use the waterslide but it was not open (despite it being September and still very hot) - that was disappointing. The kids did have fun nonetheless in the arcade and squash court. Property was tired and run down, outdoor areas overgrown and not maintained. It was very clean though. Perhaps it is better maintained at peak periods? Staff friendly and helpful."

"I’ve booked twice om different days. Toilet noise flushing whole night. Onsen is great but foreign visitor’s don’t wash and just directly go to the pool. "

"Everything is spacious; the room, onsen, hallways, stairs, reception area, car park and restaurant. Staff were very friendly. They successfully communicated English. The solid building and decor is nostalgically 20th century. The well built building means the room was very quiet."
