"We stayed for 5 nights I actually found this Hotel by accident as other hotels were either sold out or overpriced for this time period in tokyo. Yes, it is a bit far from tokyo (about 1 hour) but the hotel offers free shuttle to/from the airport,Aeon Mall, and Narita train station. An exceptional value in my opinion. "Main area had statue of lady with harp. The grand piano self played and the foot pedals moved also. The music was good. The in house laundry mat was good. The water cooler in lobby was great as you never had to run out of water. Saved so did not have to throw away extra plastic water bottles. In house convenience store appreciated for grabbing snacks. The only thing I did not like was no seating in the lobby. The message was no relaxing in the lobby. Get to your room and keep out of lobby."
