"The room was so clean and came with so many amenities! The breakfast was good, but the service from the staff made it amazing. When I got to the breakfast room, I noticed that there wasn’t anymore waffle batter. I was kind of disappointed but when a staff noticed my dissatisfaction they went ahead and made some more batter and powered up the waffle maker. They weren’t bothered or annoyed at all. This will definitely be my go to hotel. "

"This is the third time we’ve stayed at this property. This time the fireplace did not work in the front lobby. That was a shame because it was a cool weekend. We stayed in room 203 and the USB ports did not work to charge our devices. We did not discover this until the following morning when it was too late!"

"The hotel room looked really nice with lots of room with the big sectional. The kitchenette was a great bonus. The bed was not comfortable. The bad part was the bathroom had a dripping bathtub and toilet that kept refilling amd slowly emptying so had to close the door. There breakfast was really good and the indoor pool was a bonus. Has potential and served as a good base to walk around to the shops."

"Ran out of toilet paper the 2nd night and one of the reading lights by the bed didn’t work. But, staff was helpful and courteous and both our room and hotel were clean and neat."
