"Very convenient when attending an event at the Alerus Center. "

"Although aware that early check ins are not assured, I came back three times to be told that the room reserved for us was not clean yet. Fine with that - but when I was finally checked in I was informed that I was getting another room because their cleaners did not finish cleaning all the rooms so they had to move around all their reservations. Not cool, but we were only there to sleep overnight hence we let the matter go. Otherwise, breakfast was good and the beds were soft and comfortable. "

"We have been staying at this location for years when we visit Grand Forks, and always get a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite. The hotel is quiet and in a nice location, the common areas are clean, and the amenities are good. The staff are friendly and helpful, however they say little perks like late check out are reserved only for clients who are reward member holders and book directly with the hotel and not through booking sites such as Expedia. "A bit run down, the mattress downstairs bedroom is EXTREMELY HARD, uncomfortable! Need more blankets, only gave 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 days, had to go out and buy. Also the patio looks much different than the pics, there was an ashtray of cigarette butts that needed to be emptied. The check out instructions specify to used a designated laundry bag under kitchen sink, there was no bags. The bathroom sink drains very slow, and if you’re tall ,don’t stay here!
