"Amazing experience with family "

"Had an amazing time on the cruise. The staff were great, the rooms were beautiful and the tour was excellently organised. I would recommend to anyone. The only small downside was wanted to spend more time on the boat. We got onto the boat around 1pm and had a safety briefing. We left the boat at 10am the next morning. If we’d have known this before we would have stayed an extra night. But the whole thing was wonderful nonetheless. "

"We enjoyed our room and the facilities, including the pool. However, we found the food was lacking in quality. Our room wasn't properly cleaned when we arrived (there was someone else's underwear on the floor and the mugs were not clean) and we had to ask the staff to clean it again. That being said, the staff were extremely helpful and kind. They definitely made the stay better. We apparently came during "off season" which made the whole area seem like a ghost town. "Hotel is very new with nice big indoor and outdoor pools. I got a panoramic, unobstructed view of the ocean from my room. The room is spacious and modern. The hotel staff was also very friendly. One minor thing is that the hot water didn’t work well. The water was hot for the first 2 minutes then it’s more like room temperature. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. "

"I booked a Deluxe cabin for 2. Got a pleasent surprise during the check-in as they provided an upgraded Premium cabin to me. The entire process from check-in to checkout including the to and fro transfer to the Cruise and the excursions was hassle free and nicely managed. The entire staff was very courteous and was able to help us out whenever needed.
