"This is a very creative hotel with unique guest rooms but watch your head as the upper level is the sleeping place so the living area below has a low ceiling. Very interesting and creative but found it somewhat different to navigate at night as you need to go down the right stairs to the bathroom. The staff is excellent and very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is very good and in six types to select from. You can even borrow sleep shirt and pants. There are washers and dryers available. ...

"The hot spring is the main reason I booked this hotel for. Unfortunately, we were told on arrival that the hotspring for women were not available. There are plenty of choices cheaper than this hotel if no hot spring provided. I should have choose other hotel if I know hot spring is not available. Also, the bed was placed under the window and there was water leaking from the window to the pillow. We found this problem at the midnight and only staying for one night so we didnt ask the staffs to...
