"Nice place to stay "

"Hotel is hip and has a cool, modern vibe. Perfect location for access to Brown, RISD, and Downtown Providence along with many good restaurant options and a Trader Joe’s for snacks and quick items nearby. Rooms are decent sized, however, the appliances (air conditioner/heat, fridge) and squealing shower door are a bit disruptive for sleeping and relaxation. There was also construction next door and on the street, which was not the hotel’s fault but again, not the most peaceful atmosphere. Would...

"Great Hotel!!! A gem in today's world."

"I love a boutique hotel for all its quirks. Love the wooden floor. Similar to my house. Bed was comfy. Blinds in the room made it plenty dark. Shower was a bit too small. Coffee in lobby cafe was good. Honestly, no complaints. Plenty of street parking for my car. Walking distance to everything I needed. "

"The hotel was nice., but I couldn’t believe that they charged $12 a day for parking."

"Spent one evening at the Providence Hilton with my parents and sister. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the location was great. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, though we did have to call the front desk multiple times to resolve issues (including having to move my parents to a new room as their heat didn't work). Despite the inconveniences I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Providence."

"A great stay… easy…. Plenty to do at the casino"

"Hotel in general was very nice as was the restaurant. However, the room was sub-par. Only got around 5 minutes of hot water for 2 people, toilet ran and bathroom door did not close. We mentioned hot water issue to desk staff but nothing changed - nor did we get an update. The staff did comp our parking."

"The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The lobby area is very welcoming and comfortable - more so than most hotels. I love the fact that they have recycling in rooms and lobby. Everything was clean and the shower was wonderful. Definitely will be back! "

"I would like to thank the front desk staff, Rebecca for her patient and thoughtfulness during check in. She made sure my needs were met completely. It was a great weekend. The room was spacious and comfortable and the floor was quiet. The entire resort was clean - especially the bathrooms. There are many choices for dining (we ate at 3 different restaurants and all have great options) and a trip to the pequot museum observation tower was a highlight."
