"Check in was smooth and staff were really friendly. It’s an older hotel, but they have kept it updated and fresh looking. The room was much larger than expected, so was the tub. It was a great space. Location was great. Lots of restaurants, shopping and bars. It was a bit if a walk back to the train station, but that gave me a chance to see mire of the city. "Great stay with location near the train station. Lots of places to eat nearby. Breakfast served with lots of variety including local favorites. Helpful staff with clean towels daily and cleaning of the room on rotation for a greener planet. First time we stayed in a Tokyo Inn and would definitely return."

"スタッフの皆さんがとても親切でした。朝食もご当地グルメが豊富。ただトイレの異臭とトイレ周りの黄ばみが残念でした。消臭カートリッジが古いのか配管のせいか、家族が泊まっていた別の部屋からも臭ったそうです。 駅から数分で便利な所にあります。天文館通には路面電車でお安く移動できます。タクシーで1600円でした。"

"Right off the number 2 street car line, the hotel is in a historic section of town and easily accessible from Kagoshima Central Station. Near a shopping street and 10 minute walk from Waterfront park. Rooms were nice and a great value. "

"Washing machine is dirty, bedroom slippers are quite small for my hubby & air purifier is mouldy and dusty, TV has 3-4 channels only. Sofa is too close to the TV. Air con is located quite far from the beds. "
