"This really is a 'leading hotel of the world'. I've been privileged enough to stay in some top hotels around the world and this was one of my favourites. Pristine inside and out. "Great central property, within easy walking distance to restaurants, parks and shopping areas. They offered one of the best breakfast buffets I have had in a hotel, lovely touches in room over the Christmas period. Room was well appointed, but bathroom showing a bit of wear and tear. The shower pressure was great though. Most of the reception staff were friendly. The restaurant attached to the hotel was really nice. Overall, a great stay and would come back again."

"Very nice hotel. Rooms are showing a little bit of wear and tear but very clean. Breakfast buffet fit for a king! Great outdoor pool, but not heated so it was rather cold in November. Indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna were also great. I just wished they would not close at 8pm. After hiking the lavadas, and dinner we really had to hustle to be able to use these facilities for at least a little bit. Definitely would stay again."
