“1. Prepaid all nights through hotel.com but hotel is still proceed the payment by first 3 days when I argue 2 times then stop the payment. 2. Air conditioner could not be adjustable and super cool all the time. 3. The escalators are very poor and always shut down. Says can WhatsApp their front desk for pick up services by foreigners but do not have WhatsApp services by the appointed phone number. Need to call them but almost waiting at least 10 mins to pick me up. 4. The keys both of them are……

“Great location within walking distance of so many things. The only downfall is leaving due to how elevators operate. They are always full at certain times so I would just allow some extra time. Otherwise, it was a great stay! The room was really clean and nice as well as hotel staff. Would recommend and definitely stay here again.”

“The front desk staff I wish I remember her name was so helpful and friendly and housekeeping staff Mona was delightful helpful and friendly. Fabulous staff working at the hotel! The hotel should consider free parking for hotel guests staying there, You should have the option if you want valet park or park your car yourself for free, valet shouldn't be the only option!”
