“Loved the view and the balcony. There was a deer in the garden one morning. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choice even almond milk. The location is quite. Rooms are spacious with lots of storage. ”

“Hotellet er perfekt plassert i Zakopane, kun to minutter gange fra hovedgaten. Wersal henger fysisk sammen med Bachleda Resort som er fire stjerner og bygget i 2019. Det betyr at du bor på et rom med 3-stjerners standard, men som er rent og skikkelig, og at du nyter godt av alle fasilitetene til et 4-stjerners hotell. Nydelig hotellbar, hyggelige folk overalt og et spa-område som har det som trengs. En av de bedre frokostbuffetene vi har fått. Vi dro til Zakopane for skiopplevelser, men ble……

“ Overall my stay was quiet nice but of course there is always ''but'' small but still. My room was with kind of kitchen, I do not understand why kitchen with sink, cooktop and all necessary dishes and even dishwasher but the most important thing like fridge was not there. Other small thing the bathroom, there is not even small shelf to put soap and other things like toothbrush on the sink, taking shower you have to put all necessary things like soap, shower gel etc. on the floor what is very……

“Nice place to stay for a few nights. Staff was friendly and helpful.Room was modern, clean and design well thought out. Plenty of outlets for charging, bathroom had beautiful shower and good counter space. Very quiet so we were able to get a good nights rest. Close to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again!”

“We loved the peace and quiet at this hotel. The room was very clean, cozy, and spacious. Great to have the nice restaurant at the hotel as the options in the surrounding area are very limited. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing I would change is that the sauna cost 25 euro per person to use for two hours. This was a high fee. Perhaps the hotel could allow for a shorter use period for much less money. For example, a half hour use for 5 euro per person. An hour for……
