"We have stayed several times at this hotel due to its location to the airport. We arrived and ordered a burger at the bar. Another large party showed up 1\2 hour later. The Chef called out so we were told it was going to be a while to eat. After finding out the cook was preparing food for the large party while leaving a small handful of us waiting hours for food. Whoevers' decision to neglect customers who were already in the dining room should be held accountable. The bartender was attentive...
