"Staying there was like something out of a horror movie. We are quite used to low priced budget motels but nothing prepared us for the filth, disrepair, and BUGS. I went to dry my hands on a hand towel hanging on the wall, and there was a giant 2 inch roach on the wall behind it, scaring the crap out of me. We saw other giant roaches as well as many cockroaches, ants, spiders, various types of bugs. We were waiting for our property to close escrow and had paid for a block of time in advance...

"We loved finding this AirB&B because we waited too long to book a place near the Eclipse path in 2024. This was literally the only reasonably priced place for miles. It appeared as it may have been rushed into being ready for such visitors. There were a few small stains on the master carpet and stickers on the master bedroom dressers. It didn't bother us at ALL (with many kids), but is something that could be addressed for pickier visitors. The bathroom window was also open, which we didn't...

"This was the first time renting a house. So I was super hesitant. My son graduated from the airforce and I wanted my family to be comfortable and relax. This little cozy house was beyond what I expected. We had a personalized welcome board, a snack basket we didn’t see until the last day. Lol.. only because we didn’t want to touch anything. "It was a great stay. There is some small things that would have made our stay easier like putting nightstands by the bed to plug a phone or watch in on and things ljke that. But overall our stay was great and Angelica was amazing to communicate with. "
