"We enjoyed our stay here. Pros: staff was super friendly, bed was very comfortable, room was very quiet. Cons: floor of room was dirty, the coffee was terrible tasting, and the pool was nasty (not that we wanted to swim because it’s winter, but looking out our window and seeing a brown pool full of trash, moss and leaves was just gross - maybe drain it when not in use??). "

"The staff and overall facilities are excellent. The little bodega near check-in is an excellent touch if not a little overpriced. The main issue though was the bed. I could forgive a lot – like the awful shower – if the bed gave me a good nights sleep and a painless morning. I got neither. E.g. the property's bed and shower were in poor condition. Also, this hotel backs up to a warehouse or something in an empty field of other hotels, so not exactly a nice area around the property. I'd stay...

"There were multiple issues with the house: entrance code did not work & we had to call our contact at 10 pm when we arrived, & it was never updated during our stay. The stationary entrance door does not lock properly. Many electrical outlets in the home were not functional, the water control valve in the downstairs shower would not work so we could not use that shower. The AC air filter was filthy and oven cleaner had been sprayed in the oven but never wiped out & cleaned. Overall, this...
