"The room smelled as if smokers had been there. Basic essentials such as drinking glass was not there Loading and offloading of baggage needs improvement. No one at the doors etc to assist or ask questions. Figure it out on your own."

"I really enjoyed staying here. Comfy beds, good showers, great pool and hot tub, nice gym, free laundry. Breakfast was good too except when they ran out of coffee and took 30 min to replenish. Close enough to the museum district to walk or take the train that is close by. Big thumbs up to Alesia at the front desk when we checked in after a long travel day. Big thumbs down to Adam in the kitchen for mouthing off to me and then badmouthing me to other clients. "

"Clean and spacious room however bed was not comfortable. It was not a big deal since we only stayed 1 night. We booked to stay close to the POST to see the NYE fireworks. It was nice walking around main street and we did walk back and forth to POST twice. The bartender working on NYE on the 16th floor was great!"
