"Everything was great"

"The hotel is beautiful, all the areas are clean. The staff was nice, helpful and fast. Everything is perfect except the soundproofing of the room. I've been woken up in the next room since 4:30. You can hear absolutely everything, including small noises such as the mobile phone charger being pulled out of the socket. Putting things on the table, etc..."

"The service was terrible. We booked a room online that said SLEPT 4…. It was a queen sized bed, in a room with barely any walking room around the bed. Literally 2 people would have been squished, so we had to upgrade (since we had 2 children with us). Online it said that there were TWO restaurants on site (one was closed and they didn’t mention that).. online it also said they had childcare (they didnt) We were told free parking - it was 30 euro. No one spoke English. So frustrating....

"Stayed for one night because my husband had a business meeting in Pirna. March is clearly off season - a great time to enjoy the gorgeous view of the Elbe River in peace and quiet. Our room was spacious and clean, with that gorgeous view and a huge balcony. The bathroom had enough room to keep our toiletries in there. "This was the most unexpectedly amazing place I have ever stayed, and exceeded my expectations in every way. Just wonderful and surprising -- horses, food, staff, chickens, song birds, doggos -- a perfect way to end our trip, and an easy commute to the airport."
