“Very pleasant stay for three nights. Beautiful development ....... helped by being located in a beautiful part of Tennessee and the USA. Very attractive property and more specifically condominium unit in Laurel Ridge. The only, somewhat annoying (but understandingly so given the timeshare nature of the property) experience was the check-in process. However, once I presented my lack of interest in any timeshare presentations, they were very pleasant in speeding up the check-in process.”

“I must say this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The rooms were very nice. Shower was awesome. Mini Kitchen with full size fridge was a plus. Walking trails and restaurant within eyesight. Front desk staff and housekeeping were always helpful and the gym was great”

“Reasonably quiet, close to I 40. Room was cozy and i appreciated having a suite with full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, etc. Liked having a large bathroom right alongside my bedroom area. Staff were super kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!”

“This was our first stay at this Residence Inn, and it won't be our last! It appears dated as you enter--old carpet and dim lighting, but there were no "old smells" and it was very clean! Breakfast was fantastic both mornings. Our room was very clean and we had no issues.”
