"We stayed on Christmas Day and it was a ghost town, but the complimentary breakfast was amazing and the service was great. A few things that we experienced in this offseason stay: - Toilet in our room was backed up - The bed was very worn and had 2 deep valleys - The TV was outdated and we couldn't access any streaming channels "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. 5 stars to them!! The mirror in the bathroom had not been cleaned. Upon arrival to the room, the Kleenex box was empty. Great breakfast, but there were many guests and it seemed like only one woman taking care of food refills and keeping the area clean. She was hopping, and did it well! Overall, it was a good stay, and I would recommend to others."

"I've been to Saratoga several times to visit a friend but never stayed in a hotel until my most recent trip. The Inn was a great choice, especially being central to shops, cafes, restaurants, etc in Saratoga and very comfortable. My room was extremely spacious and cosy with a dash of old-fashioned charm. I loved little touches like a makeup-specific wash cloth and hot apple cider/coffee in the lobby. I'd happily return, particularly in the quieter (and more affordable) off-season."
